This large sugar cane plate is specially made as a pizza plate. You can present and serve pizzas on it, but also, for example, a pancake or carpaccio. Ideal for use at festivals and events.
The production of cane sugar creates large amounts of residual material called “bagasse”. These remains would have burned down but are now used as a natural raw material for the production of these sugar cane plates.
